Student - Embedded Systems (f/m/d)

Location: Berlin, Start: immediately

Your core task is the development of hardware-related software components for this system. You develop reliable and performance-optimized real-time solutions that ensure the requirements of our customers.

Your tasks

  • In addition, you port libraries and function modules that abstract all hardware properties for our customer.

  • The desired amount of work should be at 20h per week.

Our Expectations

  • Experience leading a Quality team and utilizing data-driven metrics for quality reporting

  • Proven experience creating a best-in-class quality engineering process and organization with sound understanding of software development cycles

  • Solid knowledge and implementation experience with Automotive SPICE and in successfully passing 3rd party audits

  • Drive continuous improvement through the strengthening of quality tools, skills, infrastructure and process improvements required to achieve business objectives

  • This position requires excellent leadership capabilities, a strategic mindset as well as proficiency in hands-on people management and an ability to communicate clearly and concisely to our engineering community

  • BS or MS in Computer Science or other Science/Engineering related field or significant demonstrable professional work experience.

Your Qualifications

  • You are a student of computer science, electrical engineering or a similar degree program and have successfully completed your Bachelor

  • You have experience in hardware-related development and operating system development

  • You master C / C ++ programming languages and you may already have experience in assembler programming

  • You are familiar with the operation of embedded real-time operating systems (such as embedded Linux)

  • You master professional software development processes and tools for embedded systems

  • You act in a team-oriented manner and enrich your environment through your creative and alert mind

  • You have very good spoken and written English skills

  • A high level of commitment, flexibility and self-reliance complete your profile.
