OpenSynergy again at Embedded World

OpenSynergy is very excited to be exhibiting again at the Embedded World. The exhibition takes part from February 25 to 27, 2020 in Nuremberg. We hope you will be visiting again this year and would be very pleased to welcome you to our stand: Booth no. 4-301.

We are going to present live demonstrations of our hypervisor platforms for applications processors and microcontrollers. You will see how COQOS Micro SDK takes advantage of the virtualization extensions in the ARMv8-R architecture. The demonstrator generates five virtual machines on a single NXP S32S microcontroller to:

• lower ASIL-D certification and recertification costs
• optimize usage of hardware-assisted virtualization
• provide freedom from interference 
• increase safety and security
• reuse existing software

 

The full featured Safe Multi-Display Cockpit Controller shows an Automotive Virtual Platform using the best and latest VIRTIO devices and  new features including:

• VIRTIO based Device Sharing for standard implementation
• Suspend to RAM to reduce power consumption
• Two Android Instances for multi user access
• Adaptive AUTOSAR for a wide range of automotive applications.
