Kathleen Ende has been appointed CEO of OpenSynergy GmbH on September 1^st 2024.  She joined the company in 2009 with a degree in business administration and a background in finance, accounting, and human resources, and has been leading Finance & Administration at OpenSynergy for more than 15 years, operating as Chief Financial Officer at OpenSynergy since 2019  Her background enabled her to establish these three divisions at OpenSynergy soon after joining the company.  Over time her responsibilities increased to include overseeing the legal team and IT administration.  She has been playing volleyball for as long as she can remember and loves all forms of outdoor activities.
