Kathleen Ende was appointed CEO of OpenSynergy GmbH on September 1, 2024. She joined the company in 2009 with a degree in business administration and a strong background in finance, accounting, and human resources.

For more than 15 years, she has headed the Finance & Administration department and has served as Chief Financial Officer since 2019. Her background enabled her to establish these three core areas at OpenSynergy, shaping their development. Over time, her role expanded to include leadership of the legal team and IT administration.

Her appointment as CEO reflects her long-standing contribution and deep understanding of the company’s operations and culture.
