Irwin Fletcher is the Director of Quality at OpenSynergy GmbH.  He leads an interdisciplinary team to deliver standardization, functional safety, and cybersecurity across the organization.  With over 35 years of software engineering experience, Irwin is a frequent speaker at international conferences and has a special interest in how agility can be applied in regulated industries. Prior to joining OpenSynergy, Irwin was a consultant working with the UK Government, as well as supporting several global agile transformations. He has been a principal expert with the SPICE development team and has led many CMMI and Automotive SPICE assessments.  In his spare time, he enjoys video projects, photography, and the occasional hill walk.
