It seems that automobiles become vulnerable and unsafe due to open communications and a lot of software in them. If we do not adhere to rules. But the rules are known and defined. Standards and norms specify the path. The final goal is a reliable and safe automobile. Safe in two different aspects: Invulnerable against accesses from the outside, reliable in the function of the systems. What is new is that both meet. That is why we research together with partners. On the basis of known rules.
