Marta Bardal Rivera is Director of Engineering and is responsible for the software development of OpenSynergy. She studied Electrical Engineering in León (Spain). Before joining OpenSynergy she gained ten years experiences as development engineer at Siemens AG in the area of Transportation Systems and in the Field of Automation & Drivers Wireless Modules. Since 2008 she has been operating in the area of AUTOSAR development as well as processes and release management. |

Carsten Krüger is Director of Development. He is responsible for the product development and the product management. Before joining OpenSynergy he worked 10 years as computer scientists in the field of mobile communication and electric drive. At Opensynergy he focused on the development of AUTOSAR run-time-environment (RTE) and AUTOSAR basic software. Since his beginning he directed projects that OpenSynergy realizes in cooperation with well-known car manufacturers and suppliers. |

Kathleen Ende is OpenSynergy’s Director of Finance and Administration. She has a degree in business administration and looks back on five years of leading controlling, accounting and administrative services of a company with about 200 employees before joining OpenSynergy. She also brings along a qualification as human resources officer. Since already three years she is directing OpenSynergy’s controlling and also manages the area of human ressources and administration. | |
