SYSGO OpenSynergy’s Software platform COQO is built on top of the Microkernel PikeOS from SYSGO. PikeOS was developed from the start for safety-critical applications and is used in systems certified in accordance with the most stringent safety standards, such as DO-178B.

OpenSynergy has integrated the secunet Protection Unit (PU) in the software platform COQOS. This combination of COQOS and PU ensures the safety and security of a connected vehicle that opens up to external services and devices.

Symphony Teleca
The partnership between Symphony Teleca and OpenSynergy will initially focus on Open Source Operating Systems. Symphony Teleca has ported both Android and MeeGo to leading automotive chipsets. OpenSynergy’s COQOS platform establishes the missing link between high level operating systems such as Android and MeeGo and low-level automotive SW compliant with AUTOSAR.

The Korean company MDS Technology is OpenSynergy’s distributor for South Korea. The Focus is on selling COQOS but MDS will also provide customer services and technical support.
